Ohhh it’s been so long! I’ve missed writing. I’ve missed connecting and sharing things with you.
I’m so happy to be back! I really took time to become still during the holy month of Ramadan. While the rest of the city escaped the ever-increasing summer temperatures, I took the opportunity to enjoy some peace and quiet. Honouring Ramadan this year gave me the opportunity to turn within and give back to myself and give back to others in a much deeper way.
I reconnected to a lot of the positive and spiritual practices that I had let slide, because of, well, life and busy-ness.
I talk about one of these practices in today’s podcast, and I challenge you to join me in doing it for twenty-four hours. If that doesn’t seem like a long time, then wait until you hear what it is. Doing this practice for twenty-four hours is a huge challenge! But so worth it.
